The Civic Improvement Corporation is a blended entity of the city of Phoenix and was organized under the state of Arizona as a nonprofit corporation.

The purpose of the corporation is to acquire real estate and construct or equip buildings, structures or improvements to be utilized by the city for the benefit, common good and general welfare of the city and its residents.
