Termed, Phoenix Policing, this unique blend of crime reduction and crime prevention strategies used to make our local neighborhoods safe is institutionalized into every day practice through the Policing Plan. The Policing Plan is a short-range planning tool designed to move us toward our long-range objective of making Phoenix the safest major city.
