Phoenix Officers ride in Police Unity Tour in honor of officers who have died in the line of duty.
This year 5 officers from Phoenix Police Department, along with 13 other officers and 4 support volunteers from Arizona, will be taking part in the Unity Tour, riding with the Florida Chapter.

In an effort to save more lives on Arizona’s roadways this month, the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety is partnering with the Phoenix Police Department and other local law enforcement agencies to enforce Arizona’s seat belt and child safety seat laws.

New Chief of Police Sworn In
Daniel V. Garcia, former assistant chief of the Dallas Police Department, was sworn in as the new city of Phoenix Chief of Police during an Installation Ceremony held at Phoenix City Hall on May 14, 2012.
