Residents are invited to meet with Councilman Bill Gates to discuss concerns and provide feedback on city issues at his January office hours (by appointment only). Gates will be available from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10, at the John C. Lincoln Cowden Center, 9202 N. Second St.
