Because of popular demand, the city of Phoenix, in partnership with the National Bank of Arizona, is once again offering this city-sponsored residential solar financing program, Solar Phoenix 2.
Solar Phoenix 2 allows qualified homeowners in the APS and SRP utility districts in Phoenix and the surrounding area to go solar without the large upfront investment. Homeowners can now make the switch to clean energy with a custom designed solar panel system from Paramount Solar. These solar power systems will save homeowners money each month on their electric bills. Systems can be installed with no money down and only a small monthly lease payment.
Solar Phoenix 2 is expected to allow up to 1,800 Phoenix homeowners to adopt solar power by the end of 2012. This is a partnership between the city of Phoenix, the National Bank of Arizona, and Paramount Solar. This program is made possible by a $25 million investment from National Bank of Arizona and includes options for low and moderate income homeowners in Phoenix and surrounding areas.
