1. Staff requests City Council approval of the West Phoenix Revitalization Community Advisory Board's recommendation to allocate approximately $1.2 million in 2008-09 West Phoenix Streetscape Bond funds to a project on 67th Avenue between McDowell Road and Camelback Road, and median island refurbishment on 72nd Avenue south of Camelback Road. The Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee reviewed and approved this item at its June 5, 2008 meeting.

2. Staff recommends that City Council approve the findings of the Street Transportation Department and approve the Willo Neighborhood Streetscape Plan. This report was approved at the June 5, 2008 Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee.
