News conference to announce
Haiti earthquake relief efforts 

Mayor Phil Gordon, Councilman Michael Johnson and the African-American Leadership Strategic Group will announce local efforts to help earthquake victims in Haiti through local-based international relief agency Food for the Hungry. Haiti is considered the poorest country in the western hemisphere.  Donations will be accepted on-line at fh.org or by mail at 1224 E. Washington St. Phoenix, AZ 85034.
