This matrix of services was compiled to meet the needs of High-Growth Entrepreneurs, “individuals who lead small businesses that are based on knowledge, innovation, new technology, and are designed to grow quickly.” This includes businesses with innovative, patented technology and businesses that were created with a business model of rapid growth.
Community and Economic Development staff assessed services available for entrepreneurs from a variety of agencies. Research identified 14 critical areas of need for high-growth entrepreneurs, all of which are covered by agencies included in this Matrix.
