Water Department Technical Support reviews the applications for water and sewer services sold by the Development Services Department. These services would include meters only, full services, taps only, relocates, sewer taps, and firelines. The applications are received daily and reviewed to insure that all required information and appropriate fees have been obtained. If the application is accepted it will be entered in the Water Services Application Database to be retrieved by the field offices for installation.

If the application is not acceptable, it will be placed in "hold" status until the issue is resolved. Common issues are: additional fees may be due or water and sewer lines have not been accepted by the Water Department. After the field office has installed a service the application will go to Water Customer Services to set up the customers billing account. Then the application is forwarded to Technical Support and sent to mapping. When mapping is complete a new copy of the quarter section map is plotted and distributed to City Departments.

If you have additional question contact Water Services Technical Support division at 602-495-5601.
