Commercial Infill Teams:

These teams will review major commercial projects within the designated infill incentive area. Projects with areas greater than 10,000 square feet are considered major commercial projects. Multi-family housing projects are also considered commercial projects. This team specializes in high rise/high tech building projects and reuse of historical or existing buildings.

Gerard's team reviews minor commercial projects within the designated infill incentive area. Projects with areas less than 10,000 square feet are considered minor commercial projects. This team also reviews small multi-family housing projects such as duplexes and fourplexes. Gerard's team specializes in tenant improvements, shopping center reuse and rehabilitation, and small commercial projects.
